§1 img5.cc places free image hosting services to the visitor's disposal. img5.cc is authorized to cut the service at any time.

§2 the customers are not allowed to upload images which are pornographic, racist or contrary to law in any other way.

§3the customer assures img5.cc that uploaded graphics are devoid of rights of third parties, entirely.

§4 img5.cc reserves the right to delete specific images without giving reasons. A right of utilization and guarantee regarding the service's availability does not exist.

§5images which have not been selected for six months will be removed automatically. img5.cc is be able to extend or reduce this hold-back time.
